The program offers a structured curriculum modified to three levels of fitness: Introductory (basic, modified exercise), Beginner (moderate intensity), and advanced (high intensity). INCLUSIVE ZUMBA - Zumba Jan 25 All abilities are welcome. Join us for a high-energy class that effortlessly combines dance moves with calorie-burning routines. Working out has never been this fun, check it out for yourself. A modified class for individuals with limited mobility or special needs. (A parent/guardian or caretaker must accompany the registered participant.)

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING (TBC) - TBC Jan 25 Full body sculpting workouts that develop strength, and increase energy and endurance for everyday activities.
