Shotokan KARATE - Karate Dec 25 (Holiday Class Pass) The class will teach the traditional form of martial arts known as Shotokan Karate. Sensei Paul Gale will focus on the basic techniques of punching, striking, kicking, blocking and partner drills. Ninja Ninja Learns - NNL- Foam Weapons (Dec 2025) Ninja Ninja Learns is an enrichment program introducing students to fundamental martial arts elements like blocking, striking, stances, and situational awareness in a non-contact and non-competitive environment. Participants receive a headband at the end of the session, upon completion of program.Foam Weapons training is back this session! Open to children ages 4-9 that want to learn all about nunchucks and other cool martial arts defense tools in a fun and safe environment.LOCATION NOTIFICATION:Due to facility use commitments, the class will be moved to a different room or area of the park (Recreation Park) when needed.
