A nationally recognized community exercise program focused on promoting healthy and active lifestyles by encouraging participants to take control of their health at any age (18+). The program offers a structured curriculum modified to three levels of fitness: Introductory (basic, modified exercise), Beginner (moderate intensity), and advanced (high intensity).

The Summer Youth program will offer a fun, age-appropriate outdoor fitness program that encourages physical activity and promotes healthy habits for youth ages 4-14.
