The Mission City Baseball Summer Clinic will teach fundamental concepts and focus on techniques using activities that build on each other and help gradually increase the participant's ability to play the sport. Baseball clinic powered by Game Speed Athletics.General Information:
REGISTRATIONS OPEN
4-week program runs July as weather permits, with make up dates held in August
Clinic will be held at Las Palmas Park, 505 S.Huntington St., San Fernando 91340
Sessions will be twice a week on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6-7:30pm (includes check-in, group break-out, warm up, instruction, cool down and group checkout)
Registration includes a program t-shirt
Participants must bring their own hat, glove and cleats
RCS reserves the right to cancel, postpone and reschedule programs as necessary

A nationally recognized community exercise program focused on promoting healthy and active lifestyles by encouraging participants to take control of their health at any age (18+). The program offers a structured curriculum modified to three levels of fitness: Let's Get Moving- introductory with basic, modified exercise; Active- beginners with moderate intensity; and Performance- advanced high intensity. This is a group fitness program that brings community members together for a common goal! Summer Youth ProgramThe Summer Youth program will offer a fun, age-appropriate outdoor fitness program that encourages physical activity and promotes healthy habits for youth ages 4-14. Location: Recreation Park (outdoors)
