This weekly walking group for individuals 55+ helps to keep you on pace and stick to the program. You get to spend time with friends or make new friends who also want to be active. Participants develop and achieve fitness goals together. The group meets at Las Palmas Park on Wednesdays from 8:30 am to 9:00 am.
