San Fernando Community Theatre Presents The Día de Los Muertos Film Festival October 31 - November 2, 2020
The Día de Los Muertos is a celebration in the Latino community that reflects, mourns, and honors family.  Top filmmakers in four categories will be selected to screen their film during the festival.

Submission Guidelines
Films may be live action or animated.  Presently there are not separate categories for live action or animation. Filmmakers must live, work or go to school in San Fernando.  Submissions must be made between Sunday, September 6, 2020, and Friday, October 16, 2020, by 5:00 pm.   A link will be provided on the registration receipt.




  • Maximum Run Time of 3:12


  • Films must have a title and credits


  • All footage, images, music and sound must be the property of the filmmaker or the  filmmaker must provide proof of permission to use said footage, images, music and sound.
