The Youth Basketball League is designed to provide community youth with the opportunity to develop their skills, learn the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship all while participating in healthy competition and having fun!Teams are co-ed and will play 5 on 5 with a maximum of nine players on the roster. The program is led by dedicated volunteer coaches.

Notice Regarding Team Drafts
Participants are required to register before assessments (end of day Friday December 13, 2024) to be included in the team draft process. Anyone registered on and after Saturday December 14, 2024 will be added to a team at the discretion of the program staff, no exceptions, per our draft process.

Preseason Training: Saturdays November 9, 16 , and 23. 
These are Preseason Training Sessions are included for free for your young athlete. Our Staff Basketball Coaches will lead your child into learning the basics on dribbling, passing, shooting and defense; to honing their skills by focusing in time for the season.

Session 1 (Ages 7-8 & 9-10): 10 am
Session 2 (Ages 11 and up): 11 am

Note: Times and ages breakdown may change. Notices of these changes will be emailed.

Evaluation Days: Friday December 13 and Saturday December 14.
In order for your child to be drafted into a team by a coach, they must attend one of these two dates. This is also an opportunity to talk and meet with the coaches that could potentially choose your child for their team. Below are the times for each age group for both dates.

Friday Schedule
Ages 7-8: 5pm
Ages 9-10: 6pm
Ages 11-12: 7pm
Ages 13-up: 8pm 

Saturday Schedule
Ages 7-8: 10am
Ages 9-10: 11am
Ages 11-12: Noon
Ages 13-up: 1pm
 

Any enrollment made after the last evaluation date will be considered as a late registration and subjected to a late registration.

VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED
Interested in being a coach, call the office at 818-898-1290. Coaches receive a registration discount/credit/refund after completing all coaching requirements. More details when you inquire
